Phones not supported by WhatsApp

WhatsApp has decided to remove support for these phones which does not meet minimum specifications. They took this decision because they are updating it and these unsupported phones does not have hardware to support the new features in it

WhatsApp is extending support for BlackBerry OS, BlackBerry 10, Nokia S40 and Nokia Symbian S60 until June 30, 2017.
How to know if you phone is unsupported, you can check Os from “about phone” section. This section generally can be found in your phone settings. Alternatively, you can open your whatsapp in your phone and if you get the unsupported message, then it means you need to change your phone to use it.
